Norwood Promotional Products LLC at 14421 Myerlake Circle, Clearwater, Florida.

I have been working with Norwood on a 5,000 pen/stylus order. They promote this item on their web site and it is on special. Norwood's web site even claims to have 24 hour turn around time for this item. Before placing the order I called to check stock and was told stock was out, and new stock would be coming in on April 24. This worked ok for my customer so I place the order. Two days later Norwood calls me to tell me they can't produce my order till June. I am told the reports are all goofed up on inventory everyone I speak to is very sorry but there is nothing any one can do.

This item is on their web site. On the web site it says that you can have 24 hour turnaround. That certainly isn't true. When customer service tells you information on stock it doesn't mean anything. They are not honoring anything. But everyone I talk to tells me they are sorry.
