BUYER BEWARE! I just purchased a 2018 Yamaha FSH 190 Sport from Cycle Springs and I feel the need to share my experience which I don't do too often. IT WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I worked with Scott E. who knows his stuff. I had gone to my local Yamaha dealer, got a quote from them which I felt was higher than it should have been and the trade in value was lower than I thought it should have been. I ended up calling Cycle Springs, got a quote over the phone and I was blown away. Not only did they quote me thousands less than my local dealer, they also gave me more for my trade in which in the end saved me a total of $4800 on the transaction! It did end up taking me 3 hours to get there, but driving 3 hours there and 2 hours back (no traffic on the way home) was well worth not only the savings, but the advice and knowledge that they provided me with all the ins and outs of my new toy. So be aware, not all dealerships are the same and these guys went above and beyond to make sure I drove away happy and with a shiny new toy!

Really great group of people here! Had the exact bluetooth com unit i was looking at online. They pulled it out of the box and even mocked it up in a similar helmet to show fitment and to make sure it was what i wanted. Even after they made the sale the parts guys still chatted with me making me feel appreciated and welcomed. If you're in the area definitely check these guys out!
