The staff here is friendly, knowledgeable, and above all, patient. I came in and was immediately greeted by Nick, who was helping another customer who was needing to switch her phone number to a new phone. Nick was calm and patient as she asked multiple questions, often times the same ones. Despite all that, he was attentive and made certain that I was aware that he'd help me as soon as he could. Once she left, he was able to make certain I didn't use the incorrect size SIM card in my phone and was able to answer my follow up questions. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to service their phone, and specifically Nick, who has a wealth of information for his position.
