I'm over half way thru this 10 week class and I can say I feel pretty good about If I was ever attacked that I would have a standing chance. The trainers are so patient and really make sure you understand why you are doing something and how to apply each technique correctly. I look forward to each week when it is class time. As a single female I really wanted something I could use in real life situations. Tom, Chuck, Julie, and the whole team are awesome. They really care about your safety, are willing to answer questions after class and just commit to each and every person. Don't look for them to go easy on you! Thank you all for the confidence!
