Took my mother in here because her account was hacked...this so called hacker was very good at thieving. ... I told the bank rep..that was in the office... we did not approve this transaction. He didn't provide any service other than getting money for a year of help for your computer. ..however the lady did nothing ..sent us away. ... even after she saw 2 charges for the same thing....he double dipped..and the bank did nothing. ..if it wasn't for the fact my mom has transportation issues.... I would have made her change banks...I was absolutely DISSAPOINTED. ..BIGTIME. ... AT THE VERY LEAST. ..ONE CHARGE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN OFF...IT WAS OBVIOUS. ..SO 600.00 TAKEN FROM A 73 YEAR OLD WOMAN....THEY DIDN'T DO A THING.... EVEN THOUGH. ..300.00 WAS SUPPOSEDLY A YEAR OF ASSISTANCE WITH ISSUES ON LAPTOP...
DID NOTHING AT ALL..... MY NAME IS THE SAME AS MY MOTHERS... IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO REDEEM AT THE VERY MINIMUM OF 300.00
EVEN AFTER I TOLD HER THAT WE CHECKED THE NEXT DAY TO SEE IF CHARGES CAME OUT OF HER ACCOUNT.... HE WAS SNEAKY...HE WAITED 2 DAYS BEFORE CHARGING HER....EVEN AFTER I TOLD HIM NOT TO PROCESS ANY ORDERS WHATSOEVER. .
